So my attempt to get focused this week semi failed. I did however come to a decision on how I’m going to organize recipes. Instead of picking random things to make and review, I’ve decided to do a section at a time. Any guess on which one I’m starting with? Yep, you got it. Desserts. I’m also breaking that down into different categories- cakes, cookies, pies, etc & then subcategories – sugar free, low carb, gluten free, vegan, etc. I’m hoping this will help with motivation & give my project the focus it needs. This weekend I’m thinking chocolate chip cookies made with whole wheat flour and Splenda & maybe some vegan chocolate cake. I really need to stop writing about desserts now because I’m having the worst sugar craving.
