THE DISASTROUS

This is where i post my baking mishaps and failures. If nothing else, I hope it gives you a good laugh because

I will be laughing right along with you.

And here it is, the disaster of all disasters so far –

Black Bean, Gluten-Free, Low Calorie brownies –

These are quite possibly the most disgusting brownies I’ve ever tasted in my life – words can’t describe how bad they taste! It’s too bad because they actually look ok –

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Black Bean Cake

Even though the cake ended up good, it certainly didn’t start that way. This is a lesson to always always let your cake cool before trying to remove from pan!!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Quick Yeast Bread: I over cooked then undercooked. It still tasted pretty good, but the look of it alone landed it in this section.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

New York Cheesecake – this burnt , then cracked , then kind of slid.
